2. By Post to the Central Referrals Office, Roscommon University Hospital.
3. Direct Access: Patients who are deemed suitable for direct access to the service (i.e. no outpatient appointment with Consultant required) can be referred using a Direct Access Endoscopy Referral Form. This form should be posted or faxed (secure line – 090 6625137) to the Central Referrals Office, Roscommon University Hospital. The Referral Form can be downloaded here.
