A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Management Information Systems Manager (Grade VII), from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Application Details

Post Specific Related Information 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering IT reporting and applications services in a large organisation.
  • Experience as a People Management or in a staff management role
  • Management Information Systems experience
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, databases (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HSE guidelines).
  • Familiarity with electronic health records or hospital information systems.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior data/reporting staff.
  • Proven project implementation experience in large scale IT projects ideally MIS related.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience, include presented to Senior Management
