Post Specific Related Information
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering IT reporting and applications services in a large organisation.
- Experience as a People Management or in a staff management role
- Management Information Systems experience
- Strong understanding of data architecture, databases (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HSE guidelines).
- Familiarity with electronic health records or hospital information systems.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior data/reporting staff.
- Proven project implementation experience in large scale IT projects ideally MIS related.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, include presented to Senior Management
