A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Senior Medical Scientist, Blood & Tissue Establishment, Galway University Hospital from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Post Specific Related Information
Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience, including time spent in this area during your in-service training, in Blood, Tissue and GMP Establishment work as well as Quality Management Systems as relevant to the role.
Demonstrate experience of working (including any student placement) in an ISO 15189 accredited Blood Transfusion laboratory. Please include details of the accredited laboratory in your answer
Successful candidates must participate in laboratory out of hour’s cover / rotas in the Blood, Tissue and GMP Establishment.
