Purpose of the Post:

The post holder will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of the quality, risk and safety function at Portiuncula University Hospital. 

The post holder will have responsibility for the Management of Consumer Feedback to include Comments, Compliments and Complaints, both clinical and non-clinical, at Portiuncula University Hospital.
