A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Quality & Patient Safety Peri-Operative Co-Ordinator (Grade VII) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
- Proven track record in quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.
- Experience in incident and complaint management processes and working within legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience of leading change in a complex health related organisation and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering training and education programmes as relevant to the role
- Supervisory and managerial experience as relevant to the role
