Christopher Bailey, Arts and Health Lead at the World Health Organization and co-founder of the Jameel Arts & Health Lab visited University Hospital Galway (UHG) on 06 March as part of his visit to Ireland to promote Creative Brain Week 2024.

Saolta University Health Care Group is delighted to partner with University College Cork for their Radiography programme.

The MSc Diagnostic Radiography course at UCC offers an accelerated route for graduates from any health science or science related discipline to gain a recognised qualification in Diagnostic Radiography.

A first for Saolta’s Children’s Nursing Graduates

Last year, seven new Children’s Nursing Specialists graduated from an innovative postgraduate programme developed by Saolta in conjunction with Trinity College Dublin and Children’s Health Ireland.

The newly qualified specialist nurses are based in Letterkenny University Hospital, Sligo University Hospital, Mayo University Hospital, Galway University Hospitals and Portiuncula University Hospital.

The 16th Annual Clinical Workshop was held on the 27th of January in Medical Academy at Sligo University Hospital.

This was an integrated care workshop coordinated by Primary Care Sligo/Leitrim, Community Healthcare Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan, Sligo (CH CDLMS), GPs and Sligo University Hospital.  The event was open to GPs and Consultants to attend.  There was significant interest in the workshop with a full house on the day.

New Care Pathway Provides Vital Supports For Cardiac Patients
